Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu took stalk of the LPG distribution amid the ongoing crisis in West Asia.
Naidu ‘s efforts
Naidu personally reviewed the stock, bookings and the supply of LPG cylinders by holding a meeting from the state RTGS office.
Representatives of various gas supply companies attended the meeting. Sources said that 17,209 metric tonnes of LPG are available in the state currently.
Naidu stressed the need to prevent LPG cylinders from entering the black market. He also said that proper monitoring should be done to check the misuse in the supply of LPG.
Chief Minister Naidu categorically said that the public shouldn’t be kept in the dark regarding the LPG cylinders distribution.
He also emphasized the need of smooth functioning of the activities in School, hospital, hotels and temples regardless of this crisis.
