United States want Pakistan to mediate the Iran crisis

A 15 point action list that form the framework of the peace deal involving Iran has been circulated through Pakistan. This was stated by the United States’ special envoy to the middle east Steve Witkoff in presence of United States president Donald Trump.

If the peace deal sails through then it will benefit not only Iran but to the entire middle east region and the world as a whole stated Witkoff expressing his optimism over the matter.

This decision was made after a cabinet meeting at the White House.

With this decision, it is crystal clear that Pakistan will act as the mediator to the entire peace process.

However, Iran has reacted negatively to this development. A senior political security official said that the peace deal will only take place in Tehran ‘s terms and conditions. He added that the announcement by Witkoff is one-sided and excessive.

Iran said that the war will only stop when Iran decides to do so and when their terms and conditions are met.

They have laid five conditions upon which the war could end. The conditions are as follows :

@@ A complete end to the agression and assassination

@@ Proper assurance that the war is not reimposed.

@@ A clear cut guarantee that the payment for war damages are made

@@ Complete stoppage of war should be ensured

@@ Iran be given the right to control entirely the strait of Hormuz
