Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis lashed out to his West Bengal counterpart Mamata Banerjee for her comments on Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Seeming to be in a backfoot in West Bengal assembly elections, particularly after the implementation of Special Intensive Revision (SIR) by the Election Commission, Mamata made a direct attack on the Prime Minister.
Addressing a public rally, the West Bengal Chief Minister lambasted BJP over the infiltrators issue and the deletion of names from the electoral rolls in the name of infiltrators. She, then, called the Prime Minister as the real and actual infiltrator.
This caught the ire of her Maharashtra counterpart Fadnavis who lost no time in replying back by saying, “Everyone is aware of Modi and know what good he has done for the betterment of India”.
Fadnavis continued to attack Mamata and said that her chances of losing Bengal elections are bright and for this fear she has become frustrated and making useless comments.
